What is AMINO ACIDS?

Amino acids are the chain of protein molecules. Some amino acids can be synthesized by animals. Those that cannot are called essential amino acids. For man these are: a) arginine, b) histidine, c) isoleucine, d) leucine, e) lysine, f) methionine, h) phenylalanine, i) threonine, j) tryptophan and valine.
