What is BARTHOLIN'S GLANDS?

A pair of glands located on both sides of the opening of the vagina. They produce mucus which lubricates vagina. They are homologous to bulbourethral glands in males.

BARTHOLIN'S GLANDS: "Bartholin's glands are active when the woman is sexually aroused."
