What is POLYESTER RUBBER?

Thermoplastic elastomer made from polytetramethylene ether glycol and polybutylene terephthalate by block copolymerization. By varying block size and polyester composition, a wide range of hardnesses can be made. It is used in moulded products for its high abrasion resistance eg skimobile caterpillar tracks. Not to be confused with acrylic rubbers,
