What is RYDBERG CONSTANT?

The constant R appearing in the Rydberg formula, which relates the frequencies of atomic spectrum lines in a given series. It was first deduced from spectroscopic data but has since been shown to be a universal constant:where AAr is the reduced mass of the electrons, e is the electronic charge, c is the speed of light and h is Planck's constant.
