Process by which cells in suspension interact by adhesion with other immune system cells or with red blood cells. The resultant cell aggregates can be detected microscopically and are referred to as rosettes. A method of separating cell subsets from mixed populations by centrifugation as rosetted cells are denser than their counterparts.
